What is the dress code?

The dress code for the conference is business casual — we can’t wait to see you in person! Remember, meeting rooms can be chilly so bring a comfortable sweater or jacket.

Is parking available?

Is there an app I can download?

Yes! Closer to the event you will receive instructions to download the event app.

How do I register for sessions?

Once the app is launched closer to the event, you must download the IAMPHENOM app (available on iOS and Android).

To RSVP for a session, click the seat icon “Save a Seat.” If you already downloaded the app but are having trouble logging in, simply delete and reinstall — then log in using your ticket number or email.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Absolutely! Beyond the conference sessions and Technology Showcase, IAMPHENOM Europe features an exclusive Launch Celebration and several curated networking activities designed for European talent leaders to connect, collaborate and have fun!

How do I book my hotel?

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

No. For additional payment methods, please contact eventreg@phenompeople.com.

How do I use my promo code?

After you click “Register now,” a window will pop up where you can add your ticket to your cart. Under the ticket info, there is a box with the words “Promo code.” Enter your code and click “Apply.” Please be sure there are no additional spaces in the field.

I need help with my purchase.

You’ll receive a response within 24 hours. Once your cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 3–5 business days.

Will IAMPHENOM conference sessions be available after the event?

Yes, sessions from the main conference will be recorded and available for attendees after the event.

What happens if I can’t attend?

You are able to transfer your registration to another person by going to your registration confirmation email and selecting “manage registration” or “contact the organizer.”

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact eventreg@phenompeople.com. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours. Once your cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 3–5 business days.
